Arclight's culture is amazing to work in and the people are all 'mad and eccentric' individuals. Its a pleasure to go to work!

Providing software that is effective and well-written, yet also easy to use.
How do you ensure you deliver on your promise?

What inspires you?

What is the one thing you obsess about most?
Code. It must be neat, tidy, effective and the simplest it can be.
What music is usually playing through your earphones?
Anything from Prodigy to Metallica to the Diablo Swing Orchestra to some jazz.
If you could do anything but work, what would that be?
Either focusing more on my home brewing and setup my own mini micro brewery or packing my life into my 4WD and spend a year or two driving around Australia.
