Our focus
We focus on industries that have three traits.
The first is that it is a service industry that time has forgotten – the type of cottage industries that have evolved to a point where innovation has stalled, and where the consumers are not getting the service outcome and value that they are increasingly demanding. They are the service industries that have become invisible. Although unfashionable to some, they are the engine rooms of entrepreneurship in our community, and have enormous capacity for consumer-oriented innovation.
The second trait is that those industries have high compliance, regulatory or knowledge burdens. Although they may be cottage industries, they are hard and complex, where there are no hard and fast answers.
The third is that collaboration and communication is the key to unlocking value. There is so much knowledge in these industries, it is just that there has not traditionally been a forum to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
When taken together, these industries lack the leadership and innovation required to evolve them to the place they need to be.
Our passion
We want to lead a revolution in the way these service industries operate. We want to produce platforms and resources that enable the best in these industries to break out from the traditional constraints and deliver first class standards to their consumers.
We have built a diverse team of professionals who share a passion for making this happen. Some of us are technical, and spend our days working to architect and build systems that can deliver more flexibility to our client businesses with less complexity. Others get inside the heads of our clients and consumers helping shape the product requirements.
We are creative in our ideas and our execution. We use a collection of technology platforms to power our cloud applications and experiment with marketing and sales concepts to find the right strategy that will take our products to market with effect.
Our ambition
Our ambition is to role out our businesses across our target industries, one at a time, whether in partnership or alone. We are currently focused on the residential property management industry.
